Tim holds a Civil Engineering degree from NC State University and spent over 20 years as owner’s representative for commercial construction project management with BellSouth (now AT&T) and Family Dollar Corporation. That background gives him an exceptionally high skill level in site evaluation and due diligence — a critical edge that increases the likelihood of successful closings for every client he serves.
