Simms Fischer is a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker with Moody Group Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to joining Moody Group, Simms served as an Assistant Property Manager at JLL, where he managed commercial office properties and supported day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property management initiatives. His experience in commercial real estate operations provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the industry and the needs of both property owners and tenants.
A Charlotte native, Simms earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens University of Charlotte and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. His deep roots in the Charlotte community and knowledge of the local market enable him to effectively serve clients throughout the region.
Outside of work, Simms enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the North Carolina mountains. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoys taking advantage of the region’s abundant outdoor recreational opportunities.
