Brayden Flint is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Moody Group Commercial Real Estate, specializing in land and development opportunities across the Carolinas. He supports clients through land acquisition and disposition, investment analysis, and feasibility processes with a data-driven and client-focused approach.
With more than seven years of combined experience in real estate and civil design, Brayden brings a unique blend of analytical and technical expertise to every project. Before joining Moody Group, he served as a Property Tax Associate at Ernst & Young, where he analyzed commercial real estate valuations using market, income, and cost approaches. He also worked as a Civil Designer at Matthews Design Group, creating site and construction plans for developments ranging from small commercial lots to 100-acre residential communities.
Brayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He maintains an active Real Estate Broker License in North Carolina and a Salesperson License in South Carolina. His professional achievements include receiving the Five Star Professional Award for excellence in real estate, several entrepreneurial certificates from BYU–Idaho, and earning the distinction of Eagle Scout. He is also fluent in Tagalog.
Outside of work, Brayden enjoys spending time at the gym, competing in strategy-based board games with friends, serving in his church community, and reading books that challenge his perspective and inspire personal growth.
