With nearly two decades in real estate, Jan is the Principal Owner, Broker, Developer, and Investor at Moody Group and Development. She showcases exceptional leadership as a full-service real estate entrepreneur and is fast-tracking towards her CCIM designation. Recognized as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) by the Realtor Land Institute (RLI) and a member of the Entrepreneurial Organization (EO), Jan is consistently acknowledged as a top performer by the Charlotte Regional Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
Jan‘s career began as a Senior Commercial Advisor with Remax Executive, followed by a role with The Moser Group before founding Moody Holdings and Development. She now leads Moody Group Commercial Real Estate Services, working with long-standing clients, associates, and brokers.
Her expertise spans various phases of commercial real estate across North and South Carolina, successfully listing and selling retail, industrial, multi-family, and special use properties while managing land brokerage opportunities. In 2014, Jan developed her first retail center in Indian Land, SC, overseeing everything from site selection to financial projections.
