The 4/10-mile clay oval located at 2657 Lancaster Highway in Chester, SC raced NDRA Crate Late Models, Super Street, Renegades, Semi-Modified 4, Sportsman Crate, and UCar until it’s closure in late 2013. Since then, the property has been used for annual equipment and tractor auctions and was later listed for sale as an industrial development site.
The 30-acre parcel was recently purchased for $1,000,000 by Alliance DriveAway Solutions, Inc. who was represented by Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Lester Osborn, CCIM, SIOR of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International.
