Jan secured a Top Leasing Deal by successfully representing the owner in leasing a 12,150 SF space at 9901 Barberville Road, Fort Mill for Montessori Kids Universe.

Moody Group has master-planned the development and is currently pre-leasing a 12,150-square-foot building, with Montessori Kid Universe (MKU) serving as the anchor tenant. Kate Yates of Legacy successfully secured MKU, along with LUMI Children’s Theater (Merritt Croom of United Commercial Group) as an additional tenant. We are seeking one more tenant for a 3,000-square-foot space and also have additional outparcels available for sale. Moody Group has been the development arm for both this commercial subdivision and the MKU Center.
