With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Javin has successfully served over 200 clients with a sales volume exceeding $50 million. His career began as a property manager overseeing residential and multi-family properties for investors, which allowed him to build an extensive network of investors and developers. As the former Owner and Broker-in-Charge of The Daniels Real Estate Group, he managed a team of over 12 agents before transitioning to Moody Holdings and Development.
Javin’s experience in securing commercial leases and developing land with local builders has naturally led him to focus on commercial sales and development. He is eager to leverage his expertise to help businesses and investors thrive in the Charlotte real estate market.
